We just need to click on the menu, select the "Open Help Menu" button...

We don't need an of any type to use Hello and the Firefox Instant Messaging. We just click on the smiley icon on the toolbar. If this is the first time we are using Hello, we select "Get Started".
This will open the Firefox Hello page, where we click on the "Start a conversation" button.
To add more people to our discussion, we need to send them a special link, which Firefox has created for us. We can email it, copy and paste it, or share it through the social media.
As soon as our friend or friends click on this link and the conversation, we can exchange instant messages.
Even though Hello is a Firefox-only feature, the link will work on other major browsers that WebRTC, including Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Opera.
Of course, only a Firefox can initiate a conversation and invite other s to chat or do a video conference. But it's good that not every participant needs to use Firefox.
