Adobe had an interesting idea about its presence on iOS and Android. Instead of creating a single Photoshop mobile app which would attempt to include everything, they broke Photoshop's functions into five distinct apps.
These apps are Photoshop Express, Photoshop Fix, Photoshop Mix, Photoshop Sketch, and Photoshop Lightroom CC. All of them are available for Android and iOS.
Each app has a variety of features and delivers a different part of Photoshop to the mobile apps.
Even though we can use the apps on our phone, we will have a better experience if we use a device with a bigger screen, such as a tablet.

We will start with Photoshop Express, Adobe's first attempt to create a Photoshop application.
Photoshop Express has been around for a few years now. It's probably the most universal app Adobe has on mobile.

The only negative aspect of Photoshop Lightroom is that we need to have a Subscription which costs $4.99 per month to use a few of its tools. However, if we have a Creative Cloud subscription, then we get the tools for free.

Someone might say that these features could be in one app, instead of five. However, as we have seen, Adobe tried to separate Photoshop's tools, by creating smaller applications that each does a different job.
Let's not forget that Photoshop is a great software. Most of us don't use the program to its full capacities. So, it's better to have a small application that does exactly what you want.
